Everything that you put on your body is absorbed by your biggest organ, your skin. It is important to me that whatever is absorbed is free of all toxins and chemicals, especially the real nasties such as petro chemicals, aluminium and parabens.

As for deodorants, I found that the natural ones I tried over the years never really worked as well as I hoped so I always thought it was OK to compromise on quality for the sake of my health.
