We are a vegan couple who, after years of working together in the field of artistic decoration and green building, have embarked on a new challenge in catering. In the heart of Brianza we have successfully opened a 100% bio-vegan cuisine helping to spread a new way of eating and an animalist conscience. After several successful years we decided to follow an old dream: to live in Venice. Today we are happily Venetian residents and our restaurant La Tecia Vegana was well received in the Santa Marta area by residents and tourists.
Our cuisine is strictly 100% vegan and our dishes are made exclusively with organic products. A fusion cuisine where the ethnic blends with local specialties revisited in a vegan form.
From the appetizer to the dessert all our production does not contain any type of animal derivative: this is because we respect the existence of all human and non animal beings.
